MONDAYS  7:15 - 8:30 p.m.

An active but relaxed class, with options for beginner to advanced yogis.

We'll explore yoga poses that allow students to find their own transformative short sequences, plus some tips for adjusting our practice for changing seasons or energy levels. 

We'll make sure to open the front body, make space for the breath, and  build flexibility and core strength!


MONDAYS  8:45 - 9:30 p.m.

An introduction to developing and/or maintaining an evolving personal meditation practice.

With the aim of cultivating clarity and relaxed focus, we'll discuss and experience a variety of accessible short meditations. 

Students will develop a 'toolbox' of practices to draw on as we begin or expand our meditation practice.

Restorative Yoga

A deeply restful series of supported poses, ideal to recharge or for students with physical limitations.
