The exploration of yoga is a journey that begins at any time, allowing you to develop and deepen your practice at any stage of life.
The name Methodology Yoga reflects an interest in the history of yoga as a system for pursuing union of the self with the Universal, and also as a practical approach to serving the needs of body, mind and spirit from day to day.
Classes incorporate three inter-related aspects of practice to support well-being: meditation or relaxation, to calm the mind; pranayama, or breath control, to calm/revitalize the nervous system; and asana, or poses, for strength and agility in the body.
